Refund policy

Returns
If something isn’t right, email us at vince@driftlessstudios.com within 10 days of delivery and we’ll sort it out. Items need to be unused and in the condition they arrived in. Return shipping is on the buyer, and original shipping isn’t refunded.

Personalized items
Engraved cutting boards and anything else made with your names or dates are made just for you, so they can’t be returned. Please double-check spelling before you order, or ask for a proof at checkout and we’ll send one to approve first.

Damaged or defective
If something arrives broken or with a flaw, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. Email us within 10 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the box it came in.

Refunds
Once your return reaches our shop, we’ll look it over and email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within a few business days.
