Stock items will ship within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons shipping times may be delayed.
What is the return policy?
If you are not satisfied purchased please email us at dale@driftlessstudios.com within 3 business days of the receipt of your item. We will authorize the return and will issue a refund within 3 business days after the item has been returned. The item must be returned in brand new, saleable condition or no refund will be issued. Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged and all sales are final.

How do I return a faulty item?
Please email a picture of any damage to dale@driftlessstudios.com. Upon receipt of your emailed photos, we will review and determine what action is necessary.
